The Purple Pot Society encourages more women to continue their bonsai education by attending the American Bonsai Society's Learning Seminars. Women who have already registered (or are interested in registering) for this yearly event are welcome to apply by completing a google form. This scholarship helps cover the ABS Learning Seminar's 3-day registration fee. Room/board/travel and workshop fees are not included. The scholarship recipient will need to provide proof of registration (for the 3-day event) before they are reimbursed. Preference may be given to those who are members of The Purple Pot Society and/or those with financial need.

The Purple Pot Society hopes to encourage more women to show trees at national shows with this tree exhibition grant.  Available in 2025.
